You are welcome to read, link to and share anything published here. The content, design and code of this site remain ours unless stated otherwise.
Engagements
Project work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, schedule, fees and ownership. Nothing on this website constitutes an offer, a quote or a contract.
Ownership of work
On full payment, you own the deliverables we produce for you — the code, the content and the design. Third-party components remain under their own licences, which we will list.
What we do not guarantee
We cannot promise a specific search ranking, traffic figure or revenue outcome, and we will not pretend otherwise. Anyone who does is guessing. What we commit to is the work itself and the standard it is delivered to.
Liability
We are liable for the work we deliver under the terms of the agreement covering it. We are not liable for outcomes outside our control — third-party outages, search engine algorithm changes, or decisions made against our advice.
