SEO
Search work that starts with what is structurally broken, not with a keyword spreadsheet. Crawlability and speed first, then content and links.
We start with what is broken
Most SEO engagements open with a keyword spreadsheet. Ours opens with a crawl, because there is no point targeting a keyword on a page Google cannot render, will not index, or takes four seconds to load.
Technical
- Crawlability, indexation and canonical structure
- Core Web Vitals and page speed
- Structured data — the schema that decides how you appear in results
- Internal linking, redirects, and cleaning up what previous work left behind
On-page
Content organised around what people actually search for and what they need to see to act. Titles and descriptions written to be clicked, not to hit a density target.
Local
If you serve a geographic area, local is usually the highest-leverage work available — and the most commonly neglected. Consistent details everywhere, correct listings, and a Google Business Profile that is actually maintained.
A NAP mismatch between your site and your Google Business Profile actively suppresses local ranking. It has to match character for character.
Reporting
Against enquiries and revenue where tracking allows it. A chart of traffic on its own does not tell you whether the work paid for itself.
